Efficient Cleaning with Water and Soap
The telescopic pole is equipped with a Gardena-compatible water spiral, allowing you to easily connect your garden hose. As you extend the pole, the spiral moves smoothly, directing water straight to the scrubbing brush. This makes it easy to spray and scrub away dirt.
Want to clean even more thoroughly? Simply connect the included soap dispenser between the garden hose and the spiral. With the right water-to-soap ratio and our recommended Nano cleaning products, you will achieve spotless results in no time!
Prefer to clean without water? That is possible too! The telescopic pole can also be used with other attachments, such as a cobweb brush or gutter cleaner. In that case, there is no need to use the water spiral hose.
Useful tips:
- To improve the comfort of using the telescopic pole, we recommend keeping each section retracted by 20 cm. This will reduce bending and increase stability.
- It is a good idea to choose a pole that is slightly longer than the exact length you need. This will significantly enhance comfort, as the pole will feel sturdier and more stable. For example, a 10-metre pole is ideal for working at a height of 8 to 9 metres.

Roof Shape Makes a Difference
Homes with a standard roof (around 45°) require a shorter pole than those with a steeper roof (<45°). The steeper the angle you need to hold the pole at, the longer it needs to be. With a standard roof, you can stand closer to the house, which means you need less length.
Include Your Own Height
Remember: you’re not working from ground level - your own height counts too. That could easily add 1.5 metres of extra reach!
Usage Tips for Longer Poles (>7.2 m)
For more comfort and stability, we recommend keeping each extendable section of the pole retracted by about 20 cm. This helps reduce bending and makes the work much more manageable – especially with longer poles.

How long is the water spiral on the Aquascopic Silver?
The spiral hose itself is approximately 7 metres long, but as it is connected to the garden hose, it is also long enough for longer poles. The spiral hose simply moves along with the pole.
Why did I receive a smaller Aquascopic Silver?
There is probably an extendable section still hidden inside your pole. You can find the explanation on page 18 of the included manual.
You should be able to screw the attachment directly onto the thread of your pole or use the conical adapter on the thread (pole – adapter – attachment).
Can you order spare parts for telescopic poles on the webshop?
Yes, you can order separate parts for our Aquascopic poles. You can find these under accessories. If you need parts that you cannot find on our webshop, you can always contact us by phone or email.

How do I connect the soap dispenser to the telescopic pole?
The soap dispenser is not connected directly to the telescopic pole. You connect the soap dispenser on one side to the water hose of your telescopic pole and on the other side to the garden hose. During use, the soap dispenser simply remains lying on the ground.
Can I connect a pressure washer to the telescopic pole?
Our telescopic poles are not designed for use with a pressure washer. Thanks to the normal water presssure from the mains and because the water flows from the wider garden hose into the narrower water hose of the telescopic pole, sufficient pressure is created to lead the water upwards.
Why clean your windows with a telescopic pole?
With a telescopic pole you clean safely from the ground. No ladder or risk of falling. You clean large surfaces quickly without having to call in expensive professional help.
Is it safe to use at height (without a ladder)?
Yes, the pole is specifically designed to allow you to work safely at height from the ground. This way, you avoid the need for ladders and significantly reduce the risk of falls.
Can I also use the telescopic pole indoors for cobwebs/ceilings?
Yes, the pole can also be used indoors, for example to easily remove cobwebs or dust from ceilings and high corners. Our cobweb brushes are perfect for this, making ceiling and corner cleaning much easier.
Do telescopic poles work with standard water pressure?
Yes, telescopic poles are suitable for use with standard tap or garden hose water pressure. Because the water flows from the wider garden hose into the narrower hose of the telescopic pole, enough pressure is generated to deliver the water upwards. This allows you to easily clean windows, facades or solar panels without any special equipment.
How should I store a telescopic pole correctly?
Always store the telescopic pole in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and frost. Ideally, keep it horizontal or hang it up so the clamps are not constantly under tension.
