With this telescopic pole set, you are fully equipped to clean high windows efficiently and safely. Slide the water spiral over the telescopic pole, connect the combination window cleaner, and effortlessly clean high windows, conservatories and roller shutters.
Soaping and Drying Windows in No Time
The combi window cleaner, which attaches to the telescopic pole, offers a 2-in-1 function: you can soap the surface and then dry it with just one attachment. Water flows through the spiral hose into a narrowing in the combi cleaner. This narrowing increases the pressure, creating a powerful jet that removes coarse dirt. You can then fully soap the windows with the washer. Simply turn the combi washer around and switch off the water to dry your windows streak-free with the squeegee.
Get Started with the Complete Set
The water spiral hose is Gardena-compatible and easily connects to your garden hose. Water flows directly from the combi washer onto the surface, so there is no need to pre-wet the windows, apply soap separately and then scrub. The washer cover is made of two types of microfibre bristles, which effectively remove stains and absorb ddirt. The set includes a soap dispenser that attaches to the end of your water spiral.
Would you like to use the telescopic pole with a different attachment, such as a duster or a gutter cleaner, for dry cleaning? No worries - the water spiral does not need to be connected in that case!
Tip! Use the Nano Glass Cleaner in combination with the soap dispenser for streak-free window cleaning.
Useful tips:
- To improve the comfort of using the telescopic pole, we recommend keeping each section retracted by 20 cm. This will reduce bending and increase stability.
- It is a good idea to choose a pole that is slightly longer than the exact length you need. This will significantly enhance comfort, as the pole will feel sturdier and more stable. For example, a 10-metre pole is ideal for working at a height of 8 to 9 metres.

Roof Shape Makes a Difference
Homes with a standard roof (around 45°) require a shorter pole than those with a steeper roof (<45°). The steeper the angle you need to hold the pole at, the longer it needs to be. With a standard roof, you can stand closer to the house, which means you need less length.
Include Your Own Height
Remember: you’re not working from ground level - your own height counts too. That could easily add 1.5 metres of extra reach!
Usage Tips for Longer Poles (>7.2 m)
For more comfort and stability, we recommend keeping each extendable section of the pole retracted by about 20 cm. This helps reduce bending and makes the work much more manageable – especially with longer poles.

Customer Questions
How do I remove droplet formation?
You can use our Dual Action set or the combi washer set. The Dual Action set includes a combination angle adapter and a squeegee.
If you clean the windows in combination with our Nano glass cleaner, droplet formation on the windows is significantly reduced. However, the best solution is our Nano osmosis device. First, clean your windows as usual, then finish by rinsing them with our small osmosis device.
How long is the water spiral on the Aquascopic Silver?
The spiral hose itself is approximately 7 metres long, but as it is connected to the garden hose, it is also long enough for longer poles. The spiral hose simply moves along with the pole.
Why did I receive a smaller Aquascopic Silver?
There is probably an extendable section still hidden inside your pole. You can find the explanation on page 18 of the included manual.
You should be able to screw the attachment directly onto the thread of your pole or use the conical adapter on the thread (pole – adapter – attachment).
Where is my cobweb brush/combi window cleaner?
With a telescopic pole, the cobweb brush or washer often remains stuck inside the box, making it seem like it was not delivered. We recommend opening the box on both sides and checking inside. You should then find the cobweb brush or washer. If you are unable to find it, you can always send an email to info@aquascopics.com.
Can you order spare parts for telescopic poles on the webshop?
Yes, you can order separate parts for our Aquascopic poles. You can find these under accessories. If you need parts that you cannot find on our webshop, you can always contact us by phone or email.

Is it safe to use at height (without a ladder)?
Yes, the pole is specifically designed to allow you to work safely at height from the ground. This way, you avoid the need for ladders and significantly reduce the risk of falls.
Can I also use the telescopic pole indoors for cobwebs/ceilings?
Yes, the pole can also be used indoors, for example to easily remove cobwebs or dust from ceilings and high corners. Our cobweb brushes are perfect for this, making ceiling and corner cleaning much easier.
Do telescopic poles work with standard water pressure?
Yes, telescopic poles are suitable for use with standard tap or garden hose water pressure. Because the water flows from the wider garden hose into the narrower hose of the telescopic pole, enough pressure is generated to deliver the water upwards. This allows you to easily clean windows, facades or solar panels without any special equipment.
How should I store a telescopic pole correctly?
Always store the telescopic pole in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and frost. Ideally, keep it horizontal or hang it up so the clamps are not constantly under tension. The hanging system for telescopic poles is perfect for this: it allows you to hang the pole safely and neatly, extending its lifespan.
