Warranty Conditions and Customer Guidelines

The consumer is entitled to the statutory warranty for consumer goods as set out in the Code of Economic Law. This warranty is valid for life from the date of delivery of the product.

• To make a claim under the warranty, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase.
  
  
• If a defect is identified, the customer must inform Aquascopics as soon as possible and in any event no later than two months after the defect has been discovered.
  
  
• In the event of non-conformity or a defect, Aquascopics will cover the costs of repair, replacement and any return shipment.
  
  
• The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect or abnormal use, negligence, modifications, or failure to comply with the instructions for use.
